The Animal Protection and Wellness Academy (APAW) was formed to provide a place for those in animal protection to continue their education, learn about new procedures and laws, keep up-to-date on techniques, tips and tools to do their job better and continue the unending task of protecting the innocent victims of animal abuse and ignorance.

We offer a full curriculum of virtual or in-person courses for Law Enforcement, Prosecutors, Judges, Animal Control, Rescues/Fosters, Shelters, and more.

Each year we also partner with a host of sponsors to produce the The Animal Protection and Wellness (APAW) Expo – a two day conference filled with speakers from all over speaking on a variety of subjects integral for continued education and must-have knowledge.
